However, we are only paid if you book through our agency. So if you book elsewhere, our time is not compensated. We truly appreciate your business and can offer our loyal clients Internet prices, with personal services.

Many of our vendors we book with will "price match" a written quote. So if you have found a lower price elsewhere, please contact us so that we can see what we can do to match it, OR even negotiate a lower price for you.

The Internet

What about all the places to book travel on-line? It's always a good idea to verify you are really getting a good deal before making your purchase. It only takes a second to call or email your travel agent with the prices you have found.

While we find the Internet a valuable researching tool for our business, I also believe it's nice to have a live person willing to help you. Especially if your travel plans change or something unexpected happens.

So use the internet for your research, but then call or email your travel agent. Tell him/her what you found and ask for their opinion or advice and also ask if the agent can meet or beat the prices you are quoted. You might be surprised that the good deal you thought you had, wasn't really a good deal after all.

Remember - Without a travel agent, you're on your own.

Air Travel Tips:

• Airfare is generally cheapest when traveling on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday.

• For the smoothest flight, choose a seat over the wings of the plane.

• Consider your alternatives when booking airfare. Fares can vary widely from neighboring airports.

• Always confirm your flights 24 hours before departure.
