Oh my darling Clementine

On a recent trip to Sam's, I picked up a box of Clementine Oranges. I'm usually not a big eater of oranges because peeling them can be a real pain.

I was pleasantly surprised when I peeled my first Clementine. The outer peel separated easily from the fruit. In anticipation, I divided the wedges of the small orange and popped it into my anxiously awaiting mouth.

I'm hooked!

Tangelos are easy to peel that way too. I like them better than oranges because they are a bit more sour.
