Yes, I do admit that I may be a Google Junkie, but sometimes that might not be a bad thing. Google has been rolling out a lot of new stuff lately:

The complete plays of Shakespeare. Now at your fingertips.

Create, store and share spreadsheets on the web.

Picasa's newest feature, Picasa Web Albums.

Clip and collect information as you browse the web.

I've been playing around with the spreadsheet and Picasa Web Albums. I'm not sure how much I'll ultimately use the spreadsheet, but the Picasa Web Albums looks promising.

Google Spreadsheets is pretty cool. I like the fact that they can be shared. I made one for my wife's work. You can also chat with other people who have the same spreadsheet open that you do.

Another alternative is Zoho.

It's spreadsheet application looks a bit more polished than Google's. It's also got a Word document creator among other tools.
Another one I found was ajaxxls:

I haven't messed with it much, though.
