Why is Tulsa taking a 10 million dollar loan against VISION 2025 when it will have at least 400 million in overages? This could very well be how they will be able to extend VISION 2025 again to cover the contract on the loan w/o going to the voters for an extension. Think about it.Why borrow a thousand to pay for something when you have a million. Why debt yourself?

We would like to see the private donors work with the City of Sand Springs to begin the growth and tour of Tulsa upstream at Keystone Dam on the North side of the Arkansas River where visitors can enjoy a breathtaking view of all types of weather rolling in over the beautiful river. At 177th W. Ave. a few booming small businesses are thriving so that the overlook that the state took out could be rebuilt and used once more for fabulous viewing and growth in a wonderful area starving for business of all types.
